Nico Robin pre timeskip 01

Nico Robin is a very smart woman who became an archeologist at only 8 years old. She is the smartest member of the Straw Hat Pirates. She was originally an enemy of the Mugiwaras known as Miss All Sunday in the criminal organization called Baroques Work led by former Shichibukai Crocodile. After being saved by Luffy she decided to join the Mugiwaras. She eventually became a valuable member of the Mugiwaras for whom her crew members went to war against the World Government on Enies Lobby. Robin is from Ohara, an island that was filled with scholars who seeked to find out about the world and its history. Robin taught herself to read the Poneglyphs, an act that was labeled as a crime by the World Government who decided to make a criminal out of Robin at only 8 years old. Before joining the Straw Hat Pirates she fled and avoided capture for 20 years, since she was 8 years old. During the 2 year hiatus of the Straw Hat Pirates, Robin was with the Revolutionary Army led by Luffy’s father Dragon. She has survived 3 separate Buster Calls and the Marine has yet to catch and hold her.
